I have just had my second session at Lazeo Saint-Denis and I must say that I did not expect such rapid results. The sessions are very quick and not very painful. The entire team is very professional, attentive and extremely kind (a big thank you in particular to Rose with whom I do my sessions). The kindness and professionalism of the practitioners can reassure even the most skeptical among you. I highly recommend this center! It’s always a pleasure to go there.

A TOPISSIME telephone reception. I wasn't able to go to my appointment but the telephone conversations were very welcoming, the staff very kind and even made jokes. I really regretted not being able to go to my appointment.

The center is recent and in perfect condition with efficient machines. The reception is very pleasant, waiting room, coffee machine etc... Schedules are respected sometimes even a little in advance which is appreciable. My practitioner is attentive and concerned about my comfort. I fully recommend

Having previously carried out sessions in another institute, I find that the beauticians at LAZEO are very gentle and accessible. Prices are more affordable and offers are regular. I recommend and have been recommended myself.

I am deeply disappointed by the quality of the services offered by Lazeo. The staff, often with little or no training, seem to make fun of the customers. The treatments, supposed to last 20 to 25 minutes, are dispatched in around ten minutes, despite advance payment. It is immoral to prohibit qualified and competent professionals from practicing, while Lazeo employs personnel trained on the job, carrying out shoddy work. I strongly advise against this center. It is better to consult a qualified doctor for aesthetic care, rather than relying on insufficiently trained personnel.

Very satisfied with the welcome from the secretary who was really pleasant and professional. On the other hand, my first consultation with the doctor was disappointing. I had the impression of being a nuisance: no welcoming smile, and although he could not respond to my request (which I understand, because he did not have the necessary equipment), he did not not directed towards another institute or another solution. I left with the feeling that my needs had not been taken into account. I don't recommend.

Really great, super nice center. But above all, lots of availability! Honestly I can only be happy, the results are there and the team is adorable. I highly recommend

I do NOT recommend AT ALL! 0 trust. During the first appointment the practitioner asks me if I am taking medical treatments. I answer yes, anti-inflammatories. She told me vaguely and without much conviction that it could possibly cause problems because SOME are photosensitizing but that "don't panic, the one you take is fine, we just set the machine lower and everything will be fine". Having only moderate confidence, I asked my doctor for advice, as well as another laser center (Beauty Oficine), both of which confirmed to me that taking anti-inflammatory drugs (whatever they are! ) carries IMPORTANT risks and that it is strictly prohibited to do laser in the weeks following taking anti-inflammatory treatment, and that setting the machine "lower" will not resolve the risks, and IN ADDITION would be significantly less effective for disappearance of hair (what I asked the practitioner, who replied “no no, it doesn’t make it any less effective”) In addition to that, during the appointment the practitioner absolutely wanted me to sign the documents immediately (informed consent form, and contract). I told him that I wanted to take the time to read them quietly at home, to think about them and then decide if I was going to sign. To which she replied "no but you can trust us, read them now if you want, but you have to sign them today"... Um no no, they won't force me to sign a document immediately! Safety should come FIRST, especially before trying to sell laser hair removal packages! I have been to Beauty Officine since, and frankly the first appointment gave me a lot more confidence, the medical assistant who meets you asks you a lot of questions to make sure there are no problems , and she is clearly more honest with the risks involved.

Spacious and clean premises, warm and very professional team. Very satisfied with my experience, I do not hesitate to recommend this institute to those around me 🙂

I've been going to Lazeo Compiègne for 5 months now after a year of laser treatment abroad with no good results. From the moment I started my sessions at Lazeo, I noticed a remarkable difference. Very warm staff, attentive to their customers. Third session this month, full swimsuit. Small unpleasant sensations that are slightly painful but the professionals do everything they can to make the session more bearable. Very welcoming and very clean center.

The meeting, like the lazer session, was very quick. Welcoming, kind and very attentive person. Protocol and safety to be respected in order to avoid any inconvenience during the session (adjustment of the device according to the type and fragility of the skin and wearing protective glasses compared to Lazer). Super good idea to also be able to make an appointment on the site. I did 8 sessions.
