Trop contente de ce nouveau Centre tout près de chez moi donc bien localiser! L’endroit ultra propres et beau, j’adore leur déco. Merci à Yousra d’être patiente avec moi et de prendre soin car elle a été chaleureuses, le service est au rdv et toujours de très bons conseils 🙌 Contente de mes séances de laser chez eux, je vois la différence.

L’esthéticienne est charmante et très professionnelle. Elle prend le temps avec chaque client. Vous n’êtes pas un numéro à la chaîne 🙂 Après quelques séances je vois déjà les effets de l’électrolyse. J’ai hâte de voir le résultat final.

Je suis allée à ce salon à Ixelles car une amie me l'a recommandé! Super accueil, des tarifs intéressants et une première séance d'épilation définitive au laser qui s'est très bien passé, aucune sensation de douleur! J'attends de voir les résultats avec impatience!

Première consultation et premier rdv impeccable, très à l'écoute, prend le temps de bien expliquer les différents choix, les choses à faire tout au long du traitement. La douleur grâce à leur système d'air froid est tout a fait supportable. Hâte de voir les résultats après plusieurs séances!!

J'ai eu une super experience au Centre Lazeo Ixelles, notamment avec Yousra. Elle a pris le temps de me conseiller sur les différentes méthodes d'épilation définitive en fonction de mes besoins. A peine un mois après ma première séance, je constate déjà une belle différence. Je suis si satisfaite que j'ai recommandé le centre auprès de plusieurs de mes collègues. Leurs packages flexibles sont très interessants.

RUN AWAY!!! You make an appointment with a specific practitioner, telling them that you want this practitioner and not another (well yeah, we don't necessarily want to undress in front of 50 practitioners), we give you an appointment at a time that doesn't particularly suit you but as it is to be with this practitioner we accept and then you arrive at your appointment and you realize that we do not warn you that she has changed center and returned to Grenoble and that she does not will not be able to honor your appointment, you came for nothing, they give the excuse "we don't have time to warn each client that the Grenoble center has reopened" so either you make an appointment in the other salon in 2 weeks or you do the session with another practitioner. You ask for a commercial gesture for this wasted trip (50 min one way, same return + lost afternoon) we tell you what do you want? They say well what do you suggest... they say it's up to us to say, so I ask for a simple facial session... to which I am told that I would only have 15% on the session.. and in the end I got not even the 15% because once the quote is made the reduction does not even correspond to a 10% reduction. This is really taking people for fools, and a lack of respect for customers! The completely unpleasant manager, who tells me myth after myth. At the beginning the price difference is due to the VAT which is added after reduction (apart from the price the VAT is included in the price of the session) when we prove to her that it is false she justifies herself differently but never comes across the result of the sum of the estimate... in short, incompetent and disrespectful whereas picking up the phone to warn would have taken 1 minute to break everything, there would have been no problems, and there I wasted my afternoon and incurred costs trips for nothing. Flee the Echirolles center, they are INCOMPETENT AND NOT AT ALL PROFESSIONAL. It’s a shame when you know that I left them more than 4000 euros and that I sponsored two people! No respect for their client, I finish my sessions included in the package and I change centers, lazeo is over! Already the results are not those announced despite more than 13 sessions, almost 14 on the face when it was announced 8 to 12 sessions max, and at almost 14 we still have a lot of hair. Ditto the body with an announcement at 6 to 8 sessions we are at 7 and there is still a lot of hair. And you can be sure that I wouldn't do good publicity.

Very happy with my sessions, I am almost at the end and the results are there 😊 I am so satisfied that I am considering other areas. The center is pretty and modern. The staff smiling and friendly. Prices are reasonable with regular promotional offers. There isn't really any parking but it's easy to find parking nearby. I highly recommend this center.

Institute recommended by my niece and I have no regrets! It's a little hidden 😁, but for the rest it's great!!!! I do permanent hair removal there and frankly, great advice, the staff is efficient and super friendly (it's not just the money that counts!) I recommend with my eyes closed! Thanks Lele! 🤗

Trusted address for your laser sessions. Very warm, caring and highly professional team. The person who takes care of me is very gentle and gives really good advice. Personally, I already have great results after just two sessions. I highly recommend.

Lazeo Parly 2 has a wonderful team of kind, considerate, and professional staff, and I am so glad to have found them. French is my second language and they are very gentle when guiding me through things I don't understand. I have been seeing them for hair removal (obviously) and after only 3 sessions, I would say about 75% (or more) of the hair is completely gone. Their team provides a rare blend of effective results and top notch customer service. I will continue to patronize their business and send friends their way.

I took permanent hair removal sessions for my armpits and had incredible results from the first appointment, no pain afterward or any bad reactions from my skin. I already have almost no regrowth after just one session. In addition, the staff is very welcoming and competent. I strongly recommend.

A friend recommended Lazeo to me for laser hair removal, so I started my sessions in June 2024 at the Thonon les Bains center. I am absolutely delighted with the results which were visible from the second session. The staff at the center are very friendly and reassuring, which is a very important point for me. I have had my sessions with different beauticians but they are all as nice as each other. No waiting during appointments, they are always on time. The center is modern and nothing to say about the cleanliness of the premises. In short, it's a 10/10.
