Disappointed! I did a first pack of 5 sessions, the sessions follow one another but are not the same, the intensity of the machine is never there, you might believe that the machine is turned off during certain sessions. At the last session of this first pack, I am told that a session or two of touch-ups will do the trick, I suggest taking a pack of 5 to keep 3 sessions over several years. Finally, I realize that I will have to do the 5 sessions not even a few months apart, because the use of the machine is once again doubtful. I ask the person about how the machine works and I am told that before each session we open the client's file to configure the machine. And since almost every session I have a different person who carries out the session (incredible turnover), the next session I ask how many sessions do I have left and the “professional” tells me that she doesn’t know, because she hasn't seen my file but she will tell me at the end. Which clearly proves that the view of the file concerning the machine is therefore not fulfilled. So, 10 sessions carried out and more than disappointing results! Furthermore, no commercial gesture was made! I advise against it, waste of money and time!

I recommend 100% quality center. After 4 laser sessions the results are visible. The appointments are followed, the girls are welcoming and very professional 🥰. All safety rules are respected. All recommendations are explained. Very happy to have chosen Lazeo to exterminate my hair 😂.

Waste of time and money. To flee. So for my part I did “definitive” laser for the areas of the full bikini line and the armpits. At first everything is fine, the hairs are finer and take time to grow back, or almost non-existent. However, after having finished all my required sessions, 1 month later I noticed regrowth, I was told that this was normal and that it was necessary to do a touch-up once a year, knowing that I had just come to finish my sessions. Then the following month, it was a disaster, all my hair had grown back. I went for an assessment at the clinic so they told me to do "more sessions and that it could be because of the hormones" whereas in my contract signed Lazeo stipulates that 6 to 12 sessions are necessary to eliminate 80% of 95% of my hair. Today, that is not the case. Bottom line, all they want is your money. That you take as many sessions as possible knowing full well that your hair will grow back at the end of the process. Since I presented my problem, I have faced the most disrespectful ignorance from Lazeo and its teams. Find another alternative, don't waste your money and time.

Certainly the worst Lazeo center in Paris run by a team of incompetent and unpleasant teenage girls who use the laser without any knowledge. I have done more than 10 sessions for the legs, bikini line and armpits and the hair is still there. The practitioners do not know how to use the machines and program the power according to the evolution of the hairs. I wasted my time and money!

The 5 electrolysis sessions with Maud went very well. Unfortunately, just 1 session with another practitioner was enough to leave me with scars. After the session, many scars appeared, as the days passed, they became more visible. During my discussions with Lazeo, I was assured that these were “small scabs”, but these marks are still present, even two months later. Is this a machine adjustment problem? A lack of experience? I don't know, Lazeo never responded when I expressed my wish to stop the treatment. Furthermore, I was not adequately supported throughout this process, and no commercial gesture was offered to me. Given the cost of the sessions, I preferred to forgo the treatment to preserve my skin. This review is not intended to discredit, but to inform future customers of the potential risks of electrolysis at Lazeo.

Pay attention to the package, Do a session first to test before taking a package! because if you ever get stuck after the first session (as I was able to do because of pain / post-hair removal itching that lasted 1 month) you find yourself very stupid and without a response from after-sales service by email, despite reminders.. . Edit: I contacted lazeo from the website contact@lazeo.com which is not good

I strongly advise against this establishment. During my first appointment, I was presented with this as a free estimate, but it was in reality a paid consultation (deductible from a future session, ok I understand. My hand was clearly forced to buy a “package” for around €600, without giving me time to think. The doctor, a woman, in addition to being haughty and condescending, literally rebuffed me when I expressed my need to think before committing. A deplorable attitude, which absolutely does not inspire confidence. I left there with a very bad impression and a feeling of total contempt towards the customer. If you are looking for a place where you are respected and where your choices are taken into account, go your way, especially since their prices are higher!!
