Treatment for 2 years now, the results are exceptional! The staff and manager listen and above all the quality of their service and support is impeccable. This center is much better than a dermatologist, run there: the investment is worth the detour 1000 times!

Very satisfied with my permanent hair removal at Lazeo Brive! The team is professional and reassuring. The sessions are quick and take place in a clean and relaxing setting. After a few sessions, the results are already visible, and I save a lot of time on a daily basis. I highly recommend to all those who are still hesitant to take the plunge, it changes life!

I started my laser sessions at Lazeo about a year and a half ago, and I had the pleasure of being followed by Élodie, who was very competent and professional. Unfortunately, she left the establishment, and I noticed that the replacements were not up to her skills. They often seemed in a hurry and did not take the time necessary for quality work. However, during my last session, I was lucky enough to run into Audrey. She was very professional and really took the time to do her job correctly, which reassured me. Thanks to her, I am considering starting sessions again, even though I wasn't sure I wanted to continue... I think that for the price of the sessions, it is essential to have impeccable service every time. I hope that Lazeo will ensure to maintain this quality with all its practitioners. TO RUN AWAY! I got scammed I had taken 2 packages with 3 free sessions, I arrive at the last session she tells me that no it's over I got scammed. In addition, the hair completely grew back between sessions, people told me that I was not 25 and that it was normal and that I had to redo the entire treatment at 25! No one warned me before I paid all this for nothing!!!!!!!!!

Je suis venue à L’Azéo de L’Isle-Adam pour une séance d’électrolyse (110 € pour 30 minutes), espérant un travail professionnel et des résultats à la hauteur du prix payé. Avant la séance, j'avais bien précisé que je souhaitais repartir sans aucun poil visible sur mon menton, comme cela m'avait été confirmé lors de mon appel téléphonique. Malheureusement, l’expérience a été très décevante : La première technicienne a insisté pour que je fasse une séance de laser, alors que j’avais expliqué que le laser ne fonctionnait pas sur moi (ce que j'avais déjà essayé auparavant). La deuxième technicienne, Alexandra, était peu aimable et semblait agacée par mon choix de rester sur l’électrolyse. Elle répétait sans cesse que « le laser, c’est mieux », alors que j’étais venue spécifiquement pour une électrolyse. Pendant la séance, elle utilisait la pince pour retirer les poils à la main après chaque passage d’électrolyse. Or, cela montre que les poils n’étaient pas correctement détruits par l’appareil, ce qui est anormal. En électrolyse, le poil doit tomber de lui-même car le follicule est détruit, pas être tiré manuellement. Cela donne l’impression d’une simple épilation à la pince, et non d’un véritable traitement. À la fin des 30 minutes, il restait encore une dizaine de poils visibles sur mon menton. Quand j’ai demandé qu’on termine, Alexandra m’a sèchement répondu que « 30 minutes, c’est 30 minutes ». Pourtant, il s’agissait de finir un travail à peine commencé. Repartir avec des poils encore visibles après avoir payé 110 € est tout simplement inadmissible. C’est une question de bon sens et de satisfaction client : ce genre de pratique donne l’impression d’un manque de professionnalisme et d’empathie. Je déconseille vivement cet établissement
