When making an appointment for treatment of dark circles, I specified that I wanted to have the treatment done on the same day, to which I was told that it was possible and that I would pass it on to the doctor. When I got there, the doctor made me understand that he did not want to do it to me today that I would have to come back another time or in 3 hours because he had another appointment planned. I believe that when we offer services with a quote of 500 euros we should not work in a tight flow. I didn't really appreciate the fact that he found excuses not to treat me (for example, he told me it had to be done in the morning but he suggested I come back at 5:30 p.m.). I am also disappointed with the welcome with the payment of €50 for a "consultation" upon entering the center. The doctor explains to me that he is doing a "study", allow me but when you go to the doctor he does not make you come back to have your treatment another time... Being certain to have my treatment done on the same day that does not didn't give me a problem. The doctor offered me reimbursement of the costs but 1 hour later, the receptionist told me by telephone that this was not possible. Once again no words, I think they could have at least offered me a commercial gesture, knowing that the doctor offered to reimburse me. I would like to point out that I have already been a client with my partner last year, we have already paid 1850 euros for treatments and there was no gesture for a client who wanted to repeat treatments but therefore no desire to come back and do them at your place.
