I came at 7:30 a.m. because it was the only space available before 10 a.m. and finally when I arrived the only person there explained to me that the first appointments on the internet are not valid and you have to call. There is no place on the website or Instagram site that indicates this. And she refused to make my appointment. This is unacceptable, completely unprofessional and disrespectful of other people's time.
