Daryna Kravchenko22/01/2025In the beginning it was quite good(I have started in January) and the specialist was explaining everything but after a few sessions the specialist changed(I already didn't like that much, I was not warned or anything) but she was still quite professional. However the last session was just horrible. The specialist changed again, she didn't even introduce herself... I was doing the epilation and it was super painful, I told about it and she just replied: it is normal, it is the 6th time. But for me it was not normal, I was in too much pain and after she didn't even propose cream. After 10 minutes it was still painful which is not normal.
