Belangrijk voor mensen met zeer kort haar.<\/li><li>Verminderde genezingstijd in het donorgebied.<\/li><li>Geen beperkingen op inspannende oefeningen na de ingreep.<\/li><li>Meer comfort in het donorgebied na het oogsten.<\/li><li>Nuttig voor mensen met een hoger risico op littekenvorming in het verwijderingsgebied. Jongere pati\u00ebnten. Zeer gespierde, zeer atletische pati\u00ebnten. Mensen met een zeer strak gespannen of losse hoofdhuid.<\/li><li>Biedt een alternatieve oplossing wanneer de hoofdhuid te strak gespannen is voor hechtstrips.<\/li><li>Voor het oogsten van het dunste haar in de nek. Voor gebruik bij de haarwortel of wenkbrauwen.<\/li><li>Maakt het theoretisch mogelijk om haren die niet van de hoofdhuid komen te oogsten, zoals baardhaar of lichaamshaar.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-nadelen-van-fue\">Nadelen van FUE<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Bij FUE worden folliculaire eenheden uit een veel groter oppervlak van het donorgebied geoogst in vergelijking met conventionele&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/sharp-galois.217-154-146-230.plesk.page\/be\/behandelingen\/micro-fue-transplantatie\/\">microtransplantatie<\/a>.<\/li><li>De kwaliteit van het transplantaat is niet zo goed als bij conventionele microtransplantatie. Hogere kans op folliculaire doorsnijding (beschadiging van de grafts). De transplantaten zijn kwetsbaarder en onderhevig aan trauma tijdens het plaatsen, omdat ge\u00ebxtraheerde grafts vaak niet de bescherming van de lederhuid en het vet hebben van microscopisch ontlede transplantaten. Het is moeilijker om de volledige folliculaire eenheid te extraheren, wat resulteert in een lagere dichtheid.<\/li><li>De maximale opbrengst is lager in vergelijking met conventionele microtransplantatie. Grafts van mindere kwaliteit groeien niet zo goed.<\/li><li>Met elke transplantatie is er nieuwe littekenvorming. Bijvoorbeeld, als de eerste FUE-behandeling 2000 grafts oplevert, zullen er 2000 ronde littekentjes ontstaan. Met een tweede behandeling van 2000 grafts, zullen er in totaal 4000 littekens zijn.<\/li><li>Het aantal grafts in \u00e9\u00e9n behandeling is beperkt. Aangezien het extractieproces trager verloopt dan het oogsten, worden transplantaties van een groot aantal grafts over meerdere dagen gespreid.
