Lazeo recently opened a new branch in Doorniksestraat in Kortrijk. You can go there for a wide range of laser hair removal. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

I absolutely love my first visit to Lazeo Kortrijk! The center is beautiful and very clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Everything was clearly explained and I immediately felt at ease. A great experience, I look forward to coming back!

Truthfully speaking and l’m writing this review with broken heart but today I never experienced some disrespect from any institute where I am a member. I had my session booked for 18:45, I come to Belgium just to do my laser session that doesn’t even take 10 min and leave since it’s the closest to my the country where I live. The flight I took today due to strike at Brussels airport divert our flight to Netherlands,since I calculated and I could still make it I rushed but finally I made it to the institution at 19:12 given that they close at 8pm, I tried explaining the situation and what happened and I didn’t even had enough data to called them, the lady told me it’s not possible without explaining why just that I have to rebook, I mentioned my flight was the next day in the morning but she didn’t even try to have an earful on my situation, I didn’t pushed I call my cousin so we can find a solution but we couldn’t in the meantime the lady abort me and say madam we have to close very soon if you want to book another appointment do it now, I was hurt like are you even putting yourself on my situation right now?? I was holding my tears cause I knew the struggle I did that day plus that I need to cancel my flight. Please note this review is on the service that for me was bad, I thank one of the girl that I met on my first day as she was really kind and she made me want to stay.

Terrible. Avoid,cancel your appointment now unless you want to have cheap pharmacy grade products rubbed into your face with stinky latex gloves and call that a facial. I was given a hair net , however my esthetician's long hair dangled freely above and onto me, she used those latex gloved hands to keep pushing her hair back. Gross and unhygienic. But that's not the worst of it. I was placed under a flashing led light machine and left there long after it had turned off,. I still had 15 minutes of my 150 euro hydra facia treatment I had paid for left, so i waited,and waited and the esthetician was no where to be found. I went downstairs, no one at the front desk? Everyone out to lunch?? They left the keys on the inside of the door so at least I was able to escape. Still smelling of latex, which like many people, I'm allergic to. Disgusting experience.

Avoid this place. I usually do not write reviews but I have the obligation to warn you about what to expect if you decide to do your laser hair removal at Lazeo. The staff is incompetent and dishonest when it comes to laser treatment. I have paid 2 353 euros to this establishment for random (only one aesthetician was good), rude, dishonest, and actually dangerous service. I want to be reimbursed for the money that I still have on their account and have not used (about 1000 euros) and compensation for the sessions where the aestheticians lied to me by not using the proper laser on my skin and hair type. In this establishment, each aesthetician follows a different protocol for laser hair removal, meaning that during each session, depending on the person you get that day, they will use different settings and laser (Alexandrite / YAG) without even informing you, which goes against a patient's rights to be fully aware about the procedure they are getting. A good establishment needs to have a proper protocol for safety reasons but also to fully respect the rights of the patient and customer. I learnt by chance that two of the aestheticians had not followed my initial laser planning, without even informing me. I only realised this when I raised my concerns about my hair not falling after the previous sessions (I have pictures to prove that my hair did not fall after 4 to 6 weeks, as they usually ask). This is when I learnt that the previous two aestheticians had switched my laser from Alexandrite to the YAG one without informing me! To be precise, nothing had change in my skin colour (no tan) and I was not taking any medication to justify the change in laser type. But according to Lazeo, it is always the patient's fault! I am sorry but I do not programme the laser machine so how can it be my fault? Or they would tell you that you are too tanned so the aesthetician decided to use another laser. I am sorry but I had not seen the sun for more than 8 months, how would I suddenly become tanned?! Also, during my very first session, the manager of Lazeo Brussels had been the one to do the tests on my skin to find the right laser; and she explicitly told me that the YAG laser does not work on my hair and skin type. So basically, instead of using the Alexandrite laser, I was given a treatment with the YAG that absolutely did nothing on my hair type (did not sting or anything, which the aesthetician ignored). I have lost full sessions of laser treatments because of incompetent staff not following proper protocol and doing as they please, without even informing the patient, which is against the law! On top of all this, some of the aestheticians are very rude. The ones that were human and nice all resigned. When the turnover is very high in a company, it says a lot about the management. I made a complaint back in December 2023, using the relevant Mediation of consumers platforms and Test Achat, but they have still not replied to me. I will be pursuing this establishment with legal action to get my money back.

avoid if you respect yourself. i got tattoo removal procedure and it was just as bad as it can be. they tried to charge me more than was said on consultation, the working space in laser cabinet was extremely dirty with used needles, gloves ect, the “specialist” didn’t sanitise my skin before work, his laser treatment was very random and i can see it by the way how my skin is recovering as well, no skin care was applied after session. i don’t recommend this place at all.

Excellent care! I've done a couple laser hair removal sessions here. Everyone is super nice, the sessions are done with care and if you pick a pack of sessions, it really ends up being a good price.
